Spicy Garlic Kale Chips


Potato chips are one of my absolute favourite guilty pleasures. So crispy, so flavourful, so greasy and oh so delicious however, my body HATES me afterwards. I recently made this bad boys because I was craving for chips but wanted to venture out to an healthy alternative and oh my lawd, these are so flipping delicious. So delicious that I made them for 4 nights straight...yes you heard it 4 frigging nights straight. These are so flavourful, crispy, and has the right amount of kick to them. If you are an advocate chip lover like I am, you will LOVE these


6 cups of kale chopped into large pieces (ensure the kale has been pat completely dry)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp vegetable seasoning
dash of sea salt


1. Preheat the oven to 350
2. Place 6 cups of kale on baking pan
3. Drizzle olive oil on kale
4. Toss olive oil & kale together until incorporated and spread kale evenly on baking pan
5. Sprinkle all dry seasonings on kale
6. Bake for 10 minutes or until they are crispy
