Nectarine Chia Jam
On today’s blog post, I am so excited to be sharing with you my foul proof Nectarine Chia Jam. What I love about this recipe so much is that not only is it incredibly easy, you can easily substitute with any fruit, and most importantly it does not contain any preservatives & additives which is harmful to our bodies.
1. In a saucepan, add nectarine, agave, and water. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes until nectarine is soft and the mixture thickens. Once soft, mesh the fruit with your whisk.
2. Remove from heat allowing the mixture to cool. Once cooled, add your chia seed. Allow it to sit for 15-20 minutes until they swell up
