Matcha Mango Chia Pudding

When it comes to matcha and mango, I love them both equally oh so much. So one day, I decided to put the 2 of them together and BAM. Here my friends, I present to you my delicious creation - Matcha Mango Chia Pudding. Jam packed with healthy omega 3 fatty acids, protein, and calcium - this would make the perfect breakfast, mid snack, dessert or just whenever your little heart desires. Did I mention its gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free?

Ingredients:

2 cups of mangoes
1 cup of almond milk (or your choice of non dairy milk)
1.5 tsp of matcha
1.5 tsp of coconut nectar (can totally use maple syrup)
1/4 cup of chia seed
1 tbsp of Manitoba Hemp Hearts
punch of unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions:

1. Blend almond milk, 1 cup of mangoes, matcha and coconut nectar until smooth
2. Pour mixture in large jar and then incorporate chia seed and hemp hearts. Combined well until there are no clumps of chia stuck together
3. Place in fridge for at least 2-3 hours or preferably overnight
4. With your preferred glass, add layer of chia pudding, then mangoes, and finish with layer of chia pudding. Topped with more mangoes, sprinkle of hemp hearts and unsweetened shredded coconut
5. Enjoy!
