Beetroot & Ginger Latte

You guys know I love winding down the night with a warm cup of turmeric latte but I recently started incorporating beetroot lattes as a part of my nightly routine and let me tell you, it looks and taste so heavenly. Minimal ingredients, super easy and so nutritious. Beetroot is jam-packed with vitamins, minerals, lowers blood pressure, fights inflammation, supports brain health, and even have some anti cancer properties as well! I hope you guys enjoy this super easy beetroot latte as much as I do

10oz Silk Original Almond Milk
1 tsp of New Roots Organic Fermented Red Beet
1/8 tsp of ground ginger

1. In a sauce pan, add all ingredients and whisk to combine.
2. Once ingredients are incorporated and has been simmering for 5 minutes. Pour into your desired mug and enjoy!
