Peachy Coconut Matcha Energy Balls


These gluten free, refined sugar free, vegan, and dairy free matcha energy balls are seriously the easiest to make and completely satisfies my sweet tooth. Packed with loads of antioxidants and omega 3 fatty acids - this Peachy Coconut Matcha Energy Balls is an absolute must try!

1/2 tbsp maple syrup
2.5 tbsp David's Tea peach matcha
5 tbsp almond flour
1.5 tbsp Nutiva organic coconut oil
2 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
1 cup of unsweetened coconut

1. Place all ingredients in food processor
2. Blend blend blend until all ingredients are well incorporated
3. Put 1 1/2 tbsp of the mixture in the palm of your hands and press all ingredients to shape into a ball (do not roll) 
4. Let it set in the fridge for about 30 minutes
